Company Director and CEO
With over 35 years of engineering experience, Mr. Richard Augustine is one of the founding members of RAW Technologies. A firm believer in hands-on learning, Mr. Augustine is a self-taught and trained personality with diverse interests from baking to graphic arts. Discovering a passion in machinery and equipment early on, he was steered to a lifelong career in machining and specialised fabrication. His keen global outlook also drove him to apply local culture with a strong Canadian twist, while amalgamating the German work etiquette, which emphasises conscientiousness and discipline.
Under his unique leadership style, Mr. Augustine has built a friendly, vibrant corporate culture of sharing and learning among his staff, while encouraging the values of honesty, integrity and equality.
