This is ensured through inspection not just at the end of machining, but strategic practices from first consultation through to manufacturing:

Optimised Material Selection

We work closely with our customers and are committed to helping them identify the optimal choice of material type and build for specific applications. This is done right at the design phase, where our consultants’ knowledge and experience will be vital in ensuring a seamless product development process. By streamlining and customising products around your workflow, we can help you meet precise demands and simplify your operational challenges.

Consistent Quality Protocols

Our decades of experience have allowed us to establish protocols for inspections, gauging and accurately testing of components and parts during the manufacturing process. Through this, our Process Development Engineers are able to ensure the highest levels of consistency in both aethestics and dimensions during the inspection process, and address any issues during production at the earliest possible time.

As part of stringent quality checks by our Specialised Technicians, any items that do not meet the requisite criteria with regards to aesthetics (e.g. minor chips / dents) or dimensions will be disposed of.

Kitting for Boosted Productivity

Manifesting lean manufacturing in practice, our kitting strategy groups together a set of parts for assembly. Other than enabling a more organised inventory, preparing essential materials ahead of time also reduces movement and labour hours on site – since everything is easily within reach – on top of speeding up machine build with fewer actions needed per item.

 

This gives us the edge of greater operational agility by ensuring uninterrupted warehousing and assembly of the final products. With less chance for errors, our team is better equipped to meet customer demands on specifications and quality. Our robust ECN process further ensures that everyone is kept updated about any approved changes, to facilitate communication in a timely and efficient manner.
